Overview
Outer Limits 2001presented film and video from the far reaches of the globe and from New York that focuses on aspects of the global experience. The series featured programs from Finland, Quebec, and the Netherlands and special curated programs focusing on different aspects of the global cultural experience, including voyeurism, tourism, and media activism.
